Your Next General Superintendent of Buds, Gladys Reid, is a devoted wife and mother.  Her campaign is fueled by a love of children and and a passion for service.   She is blessed to have a family that worships together at Faith A. M. E. Zion Church in Atlanta, GA where her pastor is the Rev. Lester A. McCorn.  The following summarizes her accomplishments as a leader and servant in her local church, her community and abroad:
 
Buds of Promise
  • Local Superintendent of Buds at Shaw Temple A. M. E. Zion Church (Atlanta, GA), 21 years

  • Successfully organized fundraisers to fund mission work
  • Held annual capping services in conjunction with Marie L. Clinton Day
